RMIT Research Institutes

The four Research Institutes represent areas of research excellence and capacity. They provide opportunities for academics from many disciplines across the University to work together on large, complex issues.

• Design Research Institute
• Global Cities Research Institute
• Health Innovations Research Institute
• Platform Technologies Research Institute

The Research Institutes form the university-wide component in the hierarchy of research clusters at RMIT and will provide complementary opportunities for researchers alongside:

• RMIT Research Centres and other research groupings within the various Schools.
• Collaborative research structures
